Dear all,
I would be very grateful for ana dvice concering image deconvolution. I
work on an large image stacks, which deconvolution takes a lot of time. As
I'm only interested in particular objects on those images, would it be all
right to cut the objects of interest from the image stacks and deconvolve
them? If not could some plese suggest my how to prepare a macro for a batch
process? - I'm new to image J and don't have a clue how to write it myself.
