DeconvolutionLab called from python

Hi
I am writing a python script that will call a headless instance of Imagej in order to use the DeconvolutionLab plugin to deconvolve few stacks of images. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to pass the image to process to the plugin. I also tried to activate the batch processing but it seems not to work or load any image (I pasted the code below).
Any help will be greatly appreciates
