Densitometry - limited to three lanes at a time?

I'm trying to use ImageJ to quantify DNA bands in a gel. Am I limited to three lanes at a time? If so, why? Thanks, Sean.

No.  You can select several lanes.  Just move the selection box and use
ctl-2 each time.  When you are through with all, click ctl-3 to get a
combined graph.

Dear Sean,

I can imagine 2 possible reasons:

1) You only can see 3 lanes? -> have you tried to move the picture with the hand tool?

2) You may use the Crtl+2 feature repeatedly when selecting the lanes

Thanks, Joel and Wolfgang! I was trying to follow this tutorial: http://lukemiller.org/index.php/2010/11/analyzing-gels-and-western-blots-with-image-j/ and apparently misread the instructions! Thanks again. :)

I have the same problem!
I am limited to 3 lanes! When I made the third, it pops-up a window with the curves, and it doen't allow me to make the fouth lane. when I press the button '4' the image, that is zoom in, goes to the normal view automatically!
I tried many ways to make the fourth lane, but it doen't allow me to do it! Please, some help!
