Despeckle and image processor

Remi Cerise
I would like to apply a despeckle operation on  an image.

> However, because of other treatments coming later, I do not want  to  draw
the image untill all these treatments are finished. I think I have  to  work
with the image processor, but I don't know  if it is possible  to apply
despeckle on that.

Does anybody have an idea ?

Re: Despeckle and image processor

Agnès Sauleda Brossa
Hi,

For what it's written in the documentation, the despeckle is a 3x3 median
filter. That can be applied in an ImgeProcessor object by the void method *
medianFilter*()

Hope that helps,

Agnès

contemporary life science research and to encourage exchange among
people from different biological science branches. We invite
distinguished scientists from fields as diverse as structural biology,
developmental biology, cell biology, neurobiology and stem cell research.

By including such a diverse spectrum of topics we hope to broaden
horizons and to inspire interdisciplinary discussions. Through the
scientific and social events of the meeting we intend to improve the
networking of Ph.D. students and young researchers from different parts
of the world. The meeting will feature five sessions with invited
