Detecting pores on particles

Hi, I 'm currently trying to analyze an image of powder and I'm trying to frind a way for ImageJ to detect on the particle that have a pore. For example, there will be many single grains on the image but only a select few have a pore in them. Is there a way to make ImageJ select just those grains only?
