Hi,
I want to analyse nanofiber SEM image using DiameterJ plugin of ImageJ software. I have installed the plugin and trying to open the file from ImgeJ>Plugins>DiameterJ>Segment F-mixed. But it does not show any image in the folder. I have saved image as .tif but still it doesnt show any image. I have also tried Fiji version for the same, but of no help. Please guide me what to do for the same.
