Sorry, since i'm a beginner user of imageJ I will ask some stupid
questions. How can I read and / or create a Dicomdir file?

Dear Rogerio,

we have created some ImageJ plugins for working with DICOM using the
dcm4ch libs. They can read and create DICOMDIR Files with it.

The plugins are working, but some functions are still experimental.
