Dear imageJ users,
after mathematical manipulations with images, for each pixel I receive ResultA (range from -100 to 100) and ResultB (range from -20 to 120). Is there a way of making a dot plot in ImageJ with ResultB on x-axis and ResultA on y-axis.
I'm able to plot the results after their conversion to the positive numbers (e.g. by adding 100 to ResultA), but this makes interpretation of such plot very difficult (+problem with setting the axis labels).
Thank you,
David.
