Dye particels

Hi,

I try to find a tool or mabye plugin for ImageJ.

I want to dye muscle fibres concerning to their cross sectional area. I already set the treshhold and measured the particles but now i want to dye them. I heard a few month ago that imagej can such a thing, but i do not know where i can find this tool.

For example:
i want all muscle fibres up to 10 µm red
all muscle fibres between 10 and 20 µm green

etc.

does anyone know were to find this tool?
