The integrated density in the summary window of 'analyse particles' gives the total integrated density divided by the particle count; this seems counter intuitive and would be the mean integrated density not the total integrated density.
A hover over feature where you put the cursor over the column title and a window comes up with the meaning or definition of the data would be a good thing to include, it could also include a link to the code perhaps
