Error when opening an nd2 image

Dear Sir/Madam,


        When I open an Nikkon nd2 image on ImageJ, the following error occurs :



         Step 1.  Open the nd2 images from ‘File’

          Step 2. Choose ‘Grayscale’ on Color mode


                  [cid:d1ec16f1-8cbb-4c74-9df9-a2e2555686a4]



          Step 3. A box prompts require you to fill in File Name, ignore it and press ‘OK’

          A prompt box goes up with following error :

             Any help on this ??? Urgent ! Thanks !

Dear Hui Tik Ho,
I think it is better to make the nd2 file with which you have your issue available (so some people on the list can have an exemple to play with) rather than some screen copies of the generated error messages.
