Evaluation of FRET measurement

Hi all!

I need help very very much!
I need to evaluate my data of FRET measurements.
I need to look at my ratio images of neuroblastoma cells overtime and to look at responce of my application.

If anybody could help me and knows how to do it in Image J please help me!!!!!!!
