Hello!
I have a problem with the ciliaFA-Plugin and the excel CBF calculation.
Whichever settings I try on the video recording’s side (FPS, frames) and
on the tool’s side (different import settings) I’ll get
1. this excel errors:

less.”
or
* “Fourier Analysis - The number of input values must be a power
of 2. For example : 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, ...”
2. “Number of ROIs to Analyse” in the excel sheet shows “16381” every time.
3. “Frame rate of recording” (fps) and “Number of Frames” cell results
empty
4. “Frequency resolution” shows: “#DIV/0! Hz”
I tried this video settings:
* 125 FPS / 256 frames / Sequence length 16.384
* 250 FPS / 512 frames / Sequence length 8.192
* 250 FPS / 256 frames / Sequence length 8.192
* 500 FPS / 512 frames / Sequence length 4.096
* 500 FPS / 256 frames / Sequence length 4.096
* 1000 FPS / 512 frames / Sequence length 2.048
* 1000 FPS / 256 frames / Sequence length 2.048
It this probably a Excel version or settings problem? I use Excel 2016
(365).
Does someone have the same problems? Are there some advises to solve my
problem?
