Hello!
I want to find the fluorescence intensity of a signal that is perinuclear, so I was wondering if there is a way to find ROIs using a DAPI stain and then all of them in a field to use them in measuring the fluorescence of my second image.
Any hint or help would be appreciated! Thanks!
