Export 3D mesh from sequence images to make reconstructed electrode.

Hi all,

I am trying to use reconstructed electrode in ANSYS.
For the first step, i am importing image sequence as shown below.


Then, by using 3D viewer plugin, I got the 3D reconstructed electrode.


Because Ansys can import .stl file, i tried to export surface with stl format. But it always says "no mesh to export". When i change display mode from volume to surface, Viewer presents nothing special as shown below.

In spite of nothing, i tried to export mesh and it was possible. but if i import mesh in ANSYS or Meshlab, i got the below image, which looks like Stack 3D surface plot.


If you have any idea to export mesh and import mesh to ANSYS, please let me know.
