Hi all,
I'm wondering if there is an option to export all the ROIs on one image as different TIFF files? For example, I am looking at a brain section and select the hippocampus and amygdala separately in 2 different ROIs, each named differently, and want to export these ROIs as TIFF files with the ROI name as a suffix (for example, Animal12-hippocampus.tiff)
Is this possible?
I need to find a way to automate exporting these ROIs into tiff or some other way of recognizing and processing these ROIs separately? Can python read ImageJ ROIs?
