I am currently trying to write a Macro that implements the Object Counter3D plugin on numerous image stacks within a directory. The plugin works fine, but I end up with many results tables open that I must then manually go through and copy the data into a spreadsheet. Is there a way to export my results table each time the macro iterates? I would ideally like to export every results table to the end of an existing excel file, but if .csv or .txt files are easier that would also be useful.
