Extracting data from the segment drawn by fit-circle

Al Huang
Hi,

Thanks to Dr. Yanpei Chen and Dr. David Webster.  However, I am working on a
segment about a fifth of a circle.  And many thanks to Wayne Rasband, Ved
Sharma, and Michael Doube, Edit>Selection>Fit Circle draws the line.  What I
need in addition to the fitted line is the center's coordinate of the circle
and its radius.  Is there a macro or plugin that I can add e.g., to the
"Analyze" folder?   In other words, when I do Analyze> Analyze Fitted
Circle, ImageJ can displays the center's coordinate of the circle and its
radius.

Any help would be great.

Regards,

Al Huang

Hi Al,

Analyze > Measure should do this.  Set the measurements you want with
Analyze > Set Measurements.  Something like width, height and centroid
should do the trick.
