FIJI Combine Stacks - no longer maintains colors

Jordan T Becker
Hey,

When using FIJI (Mac, most recent OS and FIJI) to combine stacks
(side-by-side of two different color channels), it does not seem to be able
to maintain the individual selected channel color and instead makes both
stacks the same color in the combined output.

This occurs whether the channels are unsaved (extracted from raw file),
saved individually as tiff, or as avi's. This feature was great for making
movies for presentations that showed multiple channels in sync, now it
isn't or I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jordan

Re: FIJI Combine Stacks - no longer maintains colors

Saalfeld, Stephan
You may have to convert both stacks to RGB color first.  Then, they can
be combined into a color composition.

Best,
Stephan
