Hi all,
since a couple of weeks I can't really update FIJI anymore. After
updating it immediately crashed (silently) during start-up.
The only way to get it to work again is to re-download it.
This seems to be caused by openCV.
I get this error (with --debug) :
Error while executing the main() method of class 'net.imagej.Main':
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bytedeco/javacpp/opencv_core$Rect2d
at
ijopencv.opencv.RectdRoiConverter.getInputType(RectdRoiConverter.java
:45)
any help is greatly appreciated!
