I have written a FWHM plugin for measuring stars on astronomical
images. You can download it here:

Hope this helps,
Jennifer

Hi,
I am interested in a similar way to detect 2D gaussian peaks.

With your plugin, when there is more than 1 peak, it detects (please correct
me if I am wrong) the brightest one.

Is there a way of modifying this plugin so it detects more peaks? (for
instance by allowing all those whose fitting or brightness is better than a
set value?).

Thank you.

Gabriel
