Fast radial symmetry transform?

Gabriel Landini
Hi,
Happy new year everybody.

Has anybody implemented the fast radial symmetry transform for ImageJ as
described here:

G. Loy and A. Zelinsky, “Fast radial symmetry for detecting points of
interest,” IEEE Trans. Pattern Anal. Mach. Intell., vol. 25, no. 8, pp. 959–
973, Aug. 2003.
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?arnumber=1217601

Many thanks

Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,

I recently implemented it in my 3D suite :

http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:filter:3d_edge_and_symmetry_filter:start

Tell me if it works for you.

Best,

Thomas
