That "Fiji Macro Editor" is actually the ImageJ2 Script Editor [1], part of
core ImageJ2.
As of today, you can download a plain ImageJ2, without the extra Fiji
stuff, from the downloads page at:
http://imagej.net/DownloadsThis bundle still contains the core ImageJ2 goodies, including the Script
Editor.
Note that to use it, you must have Java 6 or later installed on your system.
