The bookmark feature is part of RSyntaxTextArea, the library which the
Script Editor uses. It is supposed to make a mark in the gutter [1]: the
left-hand strip where things like line numbers and breakpoints go. But I
guess the feature is currently broken, since it doesn't seem to do
anything, and the List Bookmarks command always pops a blank dialog box.
Feel free to file an issue on the issue tracker if you want.
