Fiji Script editor: Is there a debugging mode ?

Hi all,
I would like to go step by step in a macro and see the actual value of
the variables with Fiji script editor just like in ImageJ. Is this
possible ?

Dear Eric,

I'm not sure this is the expected answer, but, I genarally introduce a
print command i order to print to the log window ...
once everything works fine I remove this lines or convert them to comment.

Hello,
as far as I know there is no debugger in the FIJI script editor. You
can still use the old macro editor for debugging in FIJI. You can open
it from
Plugins>New>Text Window...
