Fiji update bug

Leon Espinosa-3
Hello, this morning the automatic update of FIJI generates a conflict message :

Conflict:
There are files which need to be updated/installed since other files depend on them:
jars/loci-common-4.4-SNAPSHOT.jar

With the "Install them all" button, but nothing happens after click it and the OK button in the bottom remains inactive. The only possibility is to click on Cancel. I have test it with two different computers (Mac OS X 10.6.3) and with a new fresh download of Fiji from website with the same results...

The continuous releases in Jenkins server of course works ok as it don't need updates (I guess... )

Thank you

All the best, Leon

This was a bug in the updater which has been triggered for the first time
by a renamed file in Bio-Formats (which lives on another update site than
the core Fiji plugins). I fixed it yesterday but did not have time to
write this reply until now, sorry for that.

Ciao,
Johannes
