Fiji updater

C Heeney
Hi

I've just let Fiji run the updater and it seems to have messed something up.

When compiling scripts in Script Editor, it now comes up with many warnings that look like this.

warning: [path] bad path element "C:\Programs\Fiji\plugins\jcommon-1.0.17.jar": no such file or directory

(This is only one of many warnings)

Some of the files that it is warning about are located in Fiji\jars  (not the plugins directory)   but some of the other files are indeed not present.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Thanks
Conor

As it says, it is a warning. So please ignore it for the time being: while
it is correct, that their are invalid path elements, they will not do any
harm or prevent correct operation.

The warnings will go away when the scripting framework has been moved into
ImageJ completely.

Ciao,
