This is perhaps a long shot:
I am trying to write a macro that blinds images in a folder. Using the
batch process macro I assign a random integer to a file and save it. This
works fine, however my images are paired, i.e. a two iamges types of the
same FOV. Is it possible to link the two files? The file names I have are
along the lines of:
Ecoli Nr Phase 10ms 1
Ecoli Nr Fluoro 100ms 1
and so on, with the final number changing.
Ideally what I would like is for example, 3465p, 3465f, so an independant
observer will know the two file type are a pair and should be treated as
such. My macro writing skills are somewhat woefull, and any help would be
greatly appreciated! I hope it is not impossible!
