Fill command in ROI manager in 1.43q

Maryse Bailly-2
Hi all,

I have just upgraded to 1.43q and a number of commands seem to have
disappeared from the ROI manager, eg Fill, draw and label. I normally use
these commands to fill the contours of the cells I have manually traced and
then threshold all tracings at the same time to generate a binary stack. Now
the fill command is missing and if I try to threshold the stack directly
from the ROI after having changed the properties (to generate tracings
filled in back), I just get a white image or a black and white stack that
does not behave as a binary stack. Does anybody know how I can get the
equivalent of the "fill" command that is missing?

Cheers

Maryse

The "Fill" and "Draw" commands are restored in the 1.43r11 daily build.
