Fill inner structures

Hi,
first, I am just a beginner with ImageJ. I need to fill inner structures like on the image to get solid object.
Default Fill-holes doesnt work since some structures intersect. I have series of around 200 slices. Any hints?

update: I did some search. I would need something to extract 3D connected components (one obejct) and fill it.
