Hey I am using the angiogenesis analyzer macro and have found that using the find edges feature leads to better results. I want to apply the find edges feature to whole folders of pictures but have been unable to figure out how to use find edges in a batch mode. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this, be that by a built-in feature I am unaware of or through code?
