Flood-fill and threshold

Anissa
Dear All,

I'm new to ImageJ, so i will ask a stupid question, sorry to bother you with
it!
I am working with images: i use floodFill after having used a threshold (i
am trying to get a thickness of a certain contour).
The problem is that after implementing the whole thing, i get a different
image as the one i chose with the threshold i.e. i think the floodFill
function "eats up" more of my profile and i have no idea why!
I tried to do the steps manually = take one image and apply the different
commands step by step, but as i can't find a "manual Flood-Fill"-command, i
am stuck here.
I tried to search on the internet but i couldn't find anything and now i'm
quite deseperate!
Thank you for helping me out!!
Cheers,
Anissa

Sorry for bothering you!
