Hi,
I'm new to ImageJ/Fiji and I was wondering if it is possible to either
1. Freehand crop an image into any shape in ImageJ/Fiji or another program and then transfer it. (Does programs like GIMP have it, because I think photoshop does)
2. or be able to perform plugins like trainable segmentation only within a selection.
I'm trying to focus on specific parts of an image and either these methods would make my life much easier.
