From ROI manager overlays and newly added "Label" problems

Ruszkai Ákos
Hello

I'd like to report a bug (or I misunderstand the whole meaning of overlays)
of the following functions:

I create ROI name overlays with the Overlay -> From ROI manager menu
options. I set different settings of the labels like background, use names
as labels, bold etc. But when I flatten it, they simply disapear, and don't
get baked on the image.

Almost the same happens to the newly added "Label" command in Stacks,
though it only looses it's properties, but at least gets drawn on the image
after applying to a stack.

Regards,

Ákos Ruszkai

Hello,

similar problem here. When I flatten a single image, the labels are included. When I flatten a stack of images, the labels disappears..

The ImageJ 1.47f daily build fixes several stack flattening bugs.
