Dear all,
I work with imageJ (1.38 v) and have following problem. I have a binary image with few white regions on the black background. I want to measure the area of these white regions and to delete (or overpaint) those that are smaller of the certain size. I cannot find class that creates closed polygons from these white-painted areas. I want to connect touching pixels with 8-connectivity into polygons and then to measure every single polygon. Als I would like to fill holes inside my polygons but I cannot find a class which is doing the work of the operator "Fill_holes".
