Dark background selected. A threshold is set. ROI created using "select" The ROI created is the area outside the binary overlay. This is seen as the roi has a rectangular box around the whole image. See dropbox examples. Selecting and deselceting dark background several times can reverse this bug. Problem does not occur using older version ImageJ (not FIJI) v1.46p 1https://www.dropbox.com/s/m917y5e9pe7wrgh/1_Example.tif 2https://www.dropbox.com/s/wylr5exyrgf3d5j/2_screenDump_Overlayv1_47n5.tif 3https://www.dropbox.com/s/qqgzyhykz2s3tai/3_screenDump_ROIv1_47n5.tif 4https://www.dropbox.com/s/zdzxtpjxo7xeoj0/4_FIJIv1_47n5_roi.roi 5https://www.dropbox.com/s/kyqud4q0l3zeexw/5_screenDump_ROIv1_46p.tif 6https://www.dropbox.com/s/1sahf746ubzqjlw/6_ImageJv1_46p_roi.roi
