Dear All,

**Members from the USA or who have contacts – action needed by *Tuesday 25th July*.**

We are an organising an international RSE leaders meeting in London, likely to be in late January 2018. We would welcome anyone who is setting up or thinking of setting up an RSE group anywhere in the world, for a chance to get together with UK RSE Leaders to compare notes and build collaborations.

URGENT – ACTION NEEDED NOW - If you or one of your contacts are based in the USA and are interested then there is a source of travel funds which you may be able to apply to, to enable you to attend this meeting. The deadline for application is August 1st, meaning you would need to get in contact with us before *Tuesday July 25th*. Please indicate your interest by emailing me ([hidden email] <mailto:[hidden email]>).

For all other countries, as we don’t have a travel funds deadline, we will be emailing you again in August asking you to nominate an RSE Leader or future leader to attend this meeting, so please feel free to forward this email and consider who would like to attend to represent your group. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

Please feel free to pass this message on to anyone you think would be interested.

Best wishes,

Claire
