Fwd: Particle Remover

Hi,

I have been using Particle Remover plugin for some time and it has been working great and helping a lot.
But today it has stopped removing the particles and producing the same image as the original image. I uninstalled the plugin, downloaded the fresh one and installed it but all in vain. 
I realised this problem has already been discussed on the following thread but no solution was found.

It would be great to get some support on this issue.

Hi,
The problem is solved. And I guess it was due to Threshold (B/W) Background. On black background with white foreground, the Particle Remover found none or very fewer particles. I inversed the colour and it start to work again.
