Fwd: Plugin for fluorsecent images

Michael P Ellis
Dear Professor Knowles,

You might like to try our free to use CompositeAdjuster ImageJ plugin which is designed exactly for this purpose (namely blending and balancing multiple fluorescence channels in composite fluorescence image)
See: http://www.dsuk.biz/DSUK/SmartCaptureLite.html

There are some neat features that allow the histograms for each channel to either be stretched to fill the available space for that channel or to be displayed so they all use the same numeric range (thus are directly comparable).

There's a host of other neat features too, you can take a peak in the movies here:
http://www.dsuk.biz/DSUK/CompositeAdjusterMovies.html

By all means contact me if you require any more information or help.

Regards -- Michael Ellis

Re: Plugin for fluorsecent images

Sorry to all on list,

My previous posting in response to Professor J.C. Knowles seems to have resulted in an image being posted but not the accompanying test! very strange as the list server confirmation email I received had the text but not the image!

Anyway the text I was hoping to post in response to the request about "Plugin for fluorsecent images" is: (posted this time without pretty picture)
