Gaussian fit

Hi all,

I am looking for an IJ plugin to track fluorescence dots, that would have implemented a Gaussian fit routine.
This algorithm is probed to be more effective in order to have a good localization accuracy.

In addition I would like that the plugin allows me to know the parameters of the Gaussian (like sigma), so I will be able to calculate the localization error of my measurements.

I am using the Spot tracker pluggin that is really great, but I dont know what kind of algorithm is implemented and what is the error of the x,y coordinates.
