Hi all,
I am trying to quantify the areas above and below (to the left and right) of DNA images on a gel, on either side of a 9kb fragment on a ladder. Does anyone know if there is a way to scale all peaks up a little bit, such that the horizontal line never touches the x-axis? Otherwise, this makes calculating that area very tedious if the line touches repeatedly, because you have to select multiple times and add those areas up to get the total. Is there a way to make it so you only have to select once to obtain the area to the right of the 9 kb band?
Thanks,
Dan
