Generating a point cloud in ImageJ

anurag316
Hello,

I have a bunch of points in 3D that represent the x,y,z values of a biological structure that we generated using 3D single molecule methods. Is there a plugin in IJ that can be used to display these points in 3D? Thanks!

Hi,

You can try the 3D draw fro the 3D ImageJ suite :

http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:stacks:3d_tools:start

You can display your points either in a stack or the 3D viewer.

Best,

Thomas
