Getting negative values for volume with 3D object counter

Eri
Hi everybody,

I am currently processing DaTSCAN images for my project and I use 3D object counter to find the ''objects'' I want in a stack. Although I get positive values regarding the volumes of this objects for some of the stacks I have, for others(which have been reconstructed using different parameters) I get negative values and I don't know why. As a result I cant use in a proper way the 3D ellispoid fitting plugin.

It would be much appreciated if someone had any suggestions as to what might be the problem.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards,

Eri

Try the Particle Analyser in BoneJ, which will label your particles, fit
ellipsoids and measure volumes.
