Hi
In
http://www.bioss.ac.uk/staff/chris.html there is an interesting paper on
how to maximise the differences in each entry in a LUT. The direct link to
the paper is:
http://www.bioss.ac.uk/staff/chris/colorpaper.pdfI thought that this would be very useful when one is labelling particles (for
instance with the BinaryLabel8 plugin).
I contacted Prof. Glasbey and he kindly sent me the RGB triplets for a 256
colour LUT so I reformated so it can be read as a LUT in IJ.
I included the glasbey.lut file it in the morphology zip archive available
here:
http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/software.htmlI hope it is useful.
