Granulometry plugin

Pål Baggethun
Using the Granulometry_  plugin at
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/granulometry.html
I get a strange looking pattern spectrum. I think it could be due to the private member duplicateImage() of the Granulomery_ class. When I replace this with ip.duplicate() the resulting pattern spectrum looks more reasonable. Do others experience this as a problem or is the behavior intentional?

Cheers,
Paul Baggethun
