Hi everybody!!
I want to measure the angle between the cell body, the outgrowing
axon and the overall direction of the axons in the tissue. To do that
I would like to overlay a grid on the image with one of the axes
parallel to the direction of the axons in the tissue. This is
possible using image-object but it works on mac os 9 and the os x I
have doesn't come with the old OS. Do you know how I can do that?
Another problem is that I would like to keep the angle I measured on
the image (or layer) and I have no idea on how to do it!!!!.
I will really appreciate any help
