Group update sites

Dear all,

there has been support for personal update sites in the ImageJ/Fiji
updater for a while now. But what about groups with multiple people
wanting to upload to the same update site? That is quite possible, too,
and I just added documentation how to do that:

        http://fiji.sc/Group_Update_Sites

This is the way, for example, how the Cookbook update site (containing all
the plugins described in the Fiji Cookbook at http://fiji.sc/Cookbook) is
maintained.
