Growing seed / ROI for 3D tumour segmentation

Francois Lassailly
1 post
Hi,

We would be interested in using ImageJ to segment tumours from 3D micro-CT datasets (stacks of BMP images after reconstruction), using the growing seed / region of interest methodology.
Any advice / feedback would be very welcomed

Best wishes,

Francois
