HDV (1080i) video recording from within ImageJ?

Hello,

As full HD (1080i) is a significant improvement in video quality, it starts
to spread in microscopy/macroscopy video recording.
(see for example http://www.martinmicroscope.com/HDVideo.htm)
I am wondering if some support to 1080i via real time ilink/firewire
connections from within imageJ exists or will once exists.

If not, I am also interested in a DV/SD video signal support with the same input

PS: My video context is a Sony HDR-HC9 camera hooked to a Macbook pro 17'
intel (supporting full HD)
