HELP AREA MEASURE

Hi all, I have some difficulties with this image. I want to measure the area you can see on green, but like you can notice the measure give this value 6.18 E0.
I don’t know what that means, I measure other areas in this video and always give me the results in E2, what I assume its square millimeters. The set of the scale it’s the same that I have being using before. Some one knows why is that?

You have Results set to display in scientific notation.  You can
enable/disable scientific notation in the "Analyze/Set MeasurementsŠ²
dialog.  So, 6.18E0 is the same as "6.18 x 10^0² (or just 6.18).  6.18E2
would be ³6.18 x 10^2² or 618.  If you want your measurements converted to
physical units, set the conversion from pixels to your unit of choice in
the ³Analyze/Set ScaleŠ² dialog.
